TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Tamblyn Academy of Personal Development & Modelling reserve the right to change/postpone class times and dates, due to unforeseen circumstances. Your position in the class will be transferred to another suitable date and time.  A refund is only due should the course not be rescheduled by The Academy.

2. Payments made online will be subject to an online processing fee. If you did not pay online, payments may be made by cash in person, bank deposit (official deposit confirmation must be forwarded to Tamblyn Academy.

3. If you did not pay online, a $200.00 deposit and completed enrolment and Itinerary form is required to secure a student’s place in any course. Course fees must be paid in full two (2) weeks prior to course commencement date. 

4. Refunds will not be given if you change your mind or make a wrong selection. Refunds may be given if Tamblyn Academy is unable to deliver service offered as stated in clause 1.

5. Course fees paid may be held in credit for use towards lessons of the same value within six (6) months of deposit payment providing two (2) weeks notice of inability to attend has been received in writing in advance of the course.

6. Failure to notify Tamblyn Academy of inability to attend in accordance with the above terms and conditions, will result in forfeiture of monies paid and of the right to transfer to an alternative course date.

7.Tamblyn Academy is an independent educational training provider open to the general public. Enrollment and participation in our personal development and grooming courses are completely voluntary, are not a condition of agency representation, and do not guarantee placement or employment with Tamblyn Management.
