When do I get work?

We can never guarantee the work or when it will occur;  however once you are signed, you obviously will have all the skills and tools made available to you to give you every opportunity to succeed. The agency doesn't earn any money if you don't work, so its in our best interest for you to confirm bookings. Tamblyn Management work very hard for our models and talent behind the scenes to obtain work for you.

If you are brand new to the industry you need to account time to develop your brand and your business Ie: set up time for obtaining skills and experience, building your folio, preparing your promotional tools. Some new models/talent start working straight away, however some models/talent can take up to a year or two to be fully established. During this time it is called “development “
